Absolutely unacceptable experience. This facility is a disorganized mess when it comes to basic responsibilities like tracking appointments, knowing the location of animals in their care, or even ensuring the proper release and custody of pets. That’s not just a minor oversight — it’s a serious breach of trust and safety. My fiancé and I found this place in December and I just wanted to say we absolutely love this facility! We’ve done grooming and boarding with them and they just genuinely make me feel safe when I drop my fur cry baby Max off! All the staff I interact with is genuine and honest about everything. We moved from Texas and it was hard to find another place to trust our baby with. We drive 20 mins just to get their service, definitely worth it
Amazing staff. Easy to communicate with. Very impressed with their services. Always perfect grooming and our dog is always well cared for.
Had my pups scheduled for baths and grooming on Saturday, July 26th. I received call from K9BBB on Friday, July 25th telling me that they no longer have groomers working on Saturday. That's unacceptable as a business practice. The appointment had been on the calendar for over a month. I took them for baths, but will find another groomer. Additionally, the last couple of times I went to pick the pups up, I sat in front of the facility for 10-15 minutes waiting for an employee to acknowledge that we were there....Had to call b... read more
