A large piece of metal fell off the back of one of their work trucks and put two huge holes in my car. I tried to get the driver to pull over but even when he saw me, he refused. So I wrote down the DOT number from his vehicle and called their company to let them know what had happened and they refused everything that happened and told us his truck was in the area 20 mins prior, which was a lie.
