Disappointed experience. We had called last week about a different car but that one didn’t work out. We were sent pics of a different car we were interested in. Per text messages and phone calls we were told that the car would be pulled from the lot till we could make our appointment. We arrive on time excited to see the car only to be told that another buyer had came and drove it and he had pretty much sold it even though we were told we had first dibs since the car was pulled for us…. Told me car was “worked on” before getting and an obvious control arm/ball joint noise was very visibly clear. Flew states away just for multiple ppl to miss a very clear cabin noise
Dishonest ppl. Service lights came on only days after owner ship of vehicle. Didn’t want to tell me the name of the shop that “worked” on my car before purchasing.
Dishonest dealer, very rude, bad communication and overall wouldn't recommend
