K-1 Heating came out to perform a yearly cleaning and tune up. A month later I woke up to black smoke filling our house and flames shooting out of our oil furnace. I made an emergency call to a second company to come out and fix the problem. They informed me that K-1 Heating installed the wrong size valve and they did not clean the furnace like they were supposed to.
