This was my favorite car wash, but the last three times I went, the entire rear of my car was still super dirty. Like I could write on it with my finger.
We paid over $500 for this shop to do a simple 1 hour part swap on the promise that the end result would be exactly as it was before. This was a minor cosmetic issue on a part that just needed to be replaced. They replaced the part but it was severely out of alignment. When we raised the issue, they provided us with every proverbial body shop excuse under the sun as to why the part couldn't be aligned.
