I can’t say enough about Jacob and his team. After experiencing two horrible law firms used by my property management company for a prior eviction, I insisted on using JZ Law for dealing with another tenant based on a recommendation from a local apartment broker. Their responsiveness, efficiency and professionalism were above and beyond. The whole team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Jacob even called me to respond to my email within an hour while he was on vacation out of the country! Don’t go anywhere but JZ Law!

Being apprehensive and desperate Landlords, Contacting JZ Law Group was the best thing we ever did. Jacon and his staff worked hard on our case against a delinquent Tenant with whom we had suffered myriad excuses for late and non-payment of rent for many years. I was referred to Jacob through a good friend. He quickly set up a consult the next day. I can’t say enough about his professionalism, willingness to work with you, his knowledge about eviction law, and his dedication in helping people.
