Rona store located Montrose Rd Niagara Falls Ont The store manager " TREVOR " such of wonderful person very friendly and very helpful He deserve a 10 STAR because several time helped me and last time he helped me to replace my faucet shower and I don`t had to hire a plumber . GOD BLES YOU TREVOR ....PEOPLE LOVE YOU VERY MUCH !!!
Just moved down here and was in need of some items and didn't realize this store was down here so I decided to pop in and grab a few items. The staff were polite, very helpful, and easy to deal with. They checked on items, were fast at responding, helped me to the car with heavy items and were all around some of the best customer service you could ask for. They went above and beyond and I am absolutely going to be a repeat customer.
