I have always gone here for bedding, drapery & anything for decorating ,they have everything you need & customer service is the greatest..recently bought a dining table..we had a little problem with assembly but went to the store & they salesmanship so much patience with us & helped us with the problem..& we love our table!!! I always come back to Jysk especially in Niagara Falls..Great service & the staff are amazing people.!!!! Debby & Nick rate this store a10!!
Went to Niagara Falls Jysk store in search for a side table to complement our desk. I was greeted immediately by Cannon who was both patient and gracious bringing down a selection of display models of side tables and with his assistance it helped me decide which one. Finally a decision was made and he helped load the table into my car. I returned back again to Jysk and bought another matching side table....greeted again by Cannon who helped assist with my purchase. This store has a very helpful staff and amazing prices. They help find something to meet your budget and what you need.
I went in this location pressed for time and looking for a tv stand for my son. The one I wanted, obviously needed to be assembled. But Kelly was sooo amazing and sold me the floor model so I was able get it home and get my son’s room all set up before he got home from school. All 3 of the staff working, were amazing and friendly. Best experience I have ever encountered in a retail store.
