I knew what I needed when I walked in, I had pre-shopped online, Maria greeted me immediately (I didn't have to look for someone) and got what I needed right away. Very friendly, good, knowledgeable service - I appreciated it
I shopped at the Lethbridge location. Maria helped me and she was great!! Knowledgeable, personable, patient, and helpful. I thought she was likely the store manager but she was not. Maria would be a great asset to any business given my experience today.
We recently moved and needed new pieces to fill our bedrooms. We initially thought to go to Calgary to look at what IKEA had but then thought to check out JYSK instead. We went in close to closing time but were greeted right away by KC and Cameron. She helped us with some pillows that were out of stock and overall got us in and out as quickly as possible, which is what we needed with a tired 9 month old. We went there for king pillows and found a great supply of different types. There were many random items on sale, so we took advantage of getting new sheets. When at the till Maria was very thorough in making sure we understood that our sale items were final sale and explained what we were buying which was when we realized we had the wrong size set. The staff in this store is exceptional (Maria especially). I walked in and was looking for a specific item I had seen online. I found the item I had seen online, and it wasn’t quite was I was looking for once I saw it in person, so I turned to leave. Maria saw me walk in, find the item, and she saw that I was just about to leave when she approached me and told me she thinks she has exactly what I’m looking for in a different part of the store.
