Bought an item online was given this store as our store. 930 pm on a Sat after being promised between 1-5. No options to pickup or deliver another day. Customer service sent a form reply when contacted and closed the case. Won't shop here again. Bed we bought is nice enough but I wouldn't trust they would fix an issue.

Craig was thorough and intentional with my support in store. I sent him to check stock more times than I can count and he enthusiastically completed all of my requests and answered all questions precisely, boosting my confidence in the products I was purchasing. Hands down the best customer service experience I have had in my search for furniture at many stores. Thanks again Craig If you’re shopping in store I suggest looking around for him lol
