Horrible communication. Waited over a week on needed prescription authorization to pharmacy. I finally called office to see why it wasn't being done. Was told I need an office visit prior to refill. I said, how was I supposed to know that!!!! Never will go back. Only issues meds for 30 days at a time. Hassles every month!!!
I can not give enough praise for Dr Ravi! I had been suffering for months with digestive issues. After initial visit and lab tests I'm now in recovery from a depilating infection. Dr Ravi's staff were just as concerned for my well being. Fernanda kept in contact to ensure all my follow-ups, labs and procedures were scheduled timely.
Very caring and knowledgeable. She's the one who got me on the road to finding my prostate cancer.
My daughter is suffering. Wanting new eyes on the situation, we were referred to this doctor. NOPE. They don't do that. That's a second opinion and they don't do that. We are asking for help. But, nope. You basically told my daughter to just suffer. At least we saw your true colors before getting involved. Why are you a doctor? Unbelievable.
