She was a wonderful doctor to talk to and to have done our child’s procedure. The office was great as well as the hospital nearby. She is very organized and knowledgeable on so many facets and kind. Really really enjoyed our experience and would be glad to see her again if needed.
Dr. U and staff have been a part of our son’s care team since birth. Her team is attentive and prompt to resolve any concerns we had pre and post operation.
I could not have asked for a better experience with Dr. Upadhyay. She was thorough, kind, and made us feel at ease in an otherwise chaotic situation with my child’s health. She explained everything in great deal at a level that was well understood. We felt apart of every decision every step of the way. The day of surgery she was kind, caring, and took the extra time to make sure we were okay prior to surgery.
This was the worst doctor that I have ever encountered. Bedside manner was horrible, very rude would not allow questions to be asked and I don’t believe my son was diagnosed properly. Hopefully they see this review and do a review on her license as she should not be a doctor
After waiting an hour after our appointment time, my daughter (4y) and I (who usually see Dr. Wehry, and he is amazing) talked to her for only 10-15 minutes about her very complex condition and next steps. She didn’t even take the time to look into my daughter’s file that deeply and assumed I knew nothing and didn’t care about my concerns. Then, while waiting for my daughter's bloodwork to come back, she told us we had to leave the room and wait for it. Talked over me, had trouble handling my daughter’s catheter. I do not tr... read more
I have a special needs child and my daughter has a hard time in doctors offices . As soon as she walked in she was very rude . For examination I told her I would need help holding her down she looked at my teenage daughter and told her to help me hold was very rude to my kid who’s autistic and nonverbal. She was condescending, rude and extremely unprofessional . Will not be going to her no more . I’m a nurse and have dealt with alot of doctors and seeing the way she treats patients makes me sick . She does not have good beds... read more
I took her in with my young son and had no issues whatsoever. Got to the bottom of the issue and had excellent bedside manner in getting there. Would recommend.
I brought my 2.5 year old son in to have him looked at for an adhesion after his circumcision and Dr. Upadhyay immediately saw an issue with something else that required a surgery (along with the adhesion as well). I had no idea my son had anything wrong “down there” but boy am I incredibly grateful for her. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and never made me feel like I was annoying her with all my questions. My son’s surgery went perfect. She explained every single step of what she was going to do and gave clear instructio... read more
Like many of the other reviews state she is very rude, pushy, dismissive of concerns, and also lied to me about my daughter's ultrasound results. She had me worried sick. I came home and looked at the results myself once they were available via the patient portal records, and that's when I realized she lied to me. I was LIVID. Needless to say we won't be going back to her ever.
