I would not recommend. She made a mistake in listing the house in regards to the water tank (which can happen) but shifted blame and took no accountability for this mistake even when my mother was told she would have to pay for it for it being listed incorrectly by Jyoti. Jyoti left her to figure it out and did not attempt to help until we contacted and complained to her brokerage and were ready to do a RECO complaint. This took FIVE months to resolve.
