I have been a patient of Dr. Mohanty since July of 2008. My family has a history of heart problems. I ignored mine until I suffered a heart attack 7/29/2008. My main descending artery ( The Widow Maker ) was 100% blocked. I was in ICU at Good Sam and then transferred to Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. It was there, Dr. Mohanty became my trusted Cardiologist. I had so many questions and was terrified. Since moving to Jupiter from Miami Beach, I had to find a new team of doctors. Dr. Mohanty came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. From the front desk to all of his staff, everyone was great. They were kind and most importantly very professional. Dr. Mohanty you were amazing!! You took the time to go over my history and you were very patient with me. Appreciated you more than you know. Thank you so much.

Rushed procedure (ct scan of heart) because he was running late. No sedative used because IV had a problem and he proceeded anyway against my wishes.

1. During the appointment after my grandmother’s hospital visit, I told him that one of the medicines he prescribed for her was causing her to sweat profusely. He told me that he was not a sweat doctor! I then replied, I know you are not a sweat doctor however she should not be sweating when she is just sitting and lying down in bed. He does not have the kind of demeanor that a doctor should have to treat patients. misdiagnosed serious heart condition. no follow up or interest in following the case. did not even looked at file and results of previous exams. patient passed away. stay away if you have a serious condition. also dirty place. dr picked at his nose while talking to patient!

He is very thorough, found ruptured cord in my Mitral valve that was not detected in basic Echo. Very easy to talk to with lots of information about my fix and referrals. He's a Fifth generation Doctor that actually talks to me directly Without typing information during my visit with him. reduces my anxiety level with his experience and confidence in saying I'll be better. :) See for yourself and you'll know there's no reason to go anywhere else.

After just one visit to Dr. Mohanty I was hooked =) On my second visit, for my stress test, everyone was so helpful and pleasant. Stephanie is a sweetheart and Larry is definitely a keeper =] Larry made me feel comfortable and at ease. He is very knowledgeable and is great with a stick, meaning he found my vein for the IV and viola he was done. My veins are very small and roam a lot but Larry had no problem, thank God. I would DEFINITELY recommend Dr. Mohanty and his staff =}
