My wife and I love this Dr. She is truly caring of her patients. We have been seeing her for 18 years. She has wonderful bedside manners and is a caring professional. Only lacking is in her choice of front personal.
This is for their front office. Tried on this date to set up a New Client Appointment. Was immediately discouraged, told appointments would be in the fall of 2023...it is April 25th today. Then, when they asked about my insurance I informed them I was on UMR and this DR shows as a providing doctor, I was told she probably was not. I asked if they could verify and they said no. Very disappointed at lack of professionalism and customer service.
