Horrible communication, they never call back. I’ve left countless messages about updating my son’s medication, and yet to hear back.
This is a great practice for Adults and kids.
If I could give it a zero stars I would and also the five star reviews us coming from profiles with one or two reviews very suspicious considering the actual experience here was far from great front. Staff was great but you’re honestly going to see doctors and that’s where things disconnect for me.
I am deeply disappointed by my experience with Dr. Babalakin and the nurse practitioner staff. The level of professionalism and patient-centered care I encountered fell well below acceptable standards. During my appointment, I was repeatedly questioned about the gender of individuals involved in my care in a way that made me uncomfortable. As a gay man, I should not be expected to disclose my sexual orientation in order to receive appropriate medical treatment.
