My experience was terrible.I took my granddaughter to have a fun experience and have our nails done. We had the older woman stationed at the very back on the left had side. We felt rushed from the moment we started. Rushed to pick our nail colour and rushed through the whole process. The woman used a nail file on each of my nails on the sides so rough causing redness and skin irritation, leaving one of my fingers red and quite sore. This is not a relaxing nail salon. Always love this place
So relaxing I almost fell asleep. Woke up to great nails
Did a great job however 75$ plus tip I thought was expensive for acrylic nail set and color.
Every single staff member provides outstanding customer service and they are all meticulous in their work. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Yen, in particular is fantastic!
