J&Y is among the worst businesses that I have ever had to deal with. Dropped off a laptop on a Tuesday, was told they'd look at it right away and call me that afternoon. I waited THREE days without hearing from them. I called that Friday MANY TIMES during business hours and they did not pick up the phone. Later that day I drove there. The lights were on and the open sign was lit, but the door was locked and no one answered. I waited until the following Monday to hear that my laptop was unfixable.
