Not at all what the company portrays itself to be. Sold me a used tractor that failed inspection the same day and won’t refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.
Do not buy or service at this dealership, even if you use the super guaranty from peterbilt they will charge you thousands dollars for labor, avoid this type of service
Be aware On 1/03, we heard a knocking sound and had the check engine light on in my 2023 peter bilt, only 259,000 miles. Seemed like an injector problem to me. At the first diagnostic, they told me it was a ECM problem and that it was fried. They said I had to replace it or else the truck won't drive. They gave me a "discount" but I still paid $4,200.
