Be aware On 1/03, we heard a knocking sound and had the check engine light on in my 2023 peter bilt, only 259,000 miles. Seemed like an injector problem to me. At the first diagnostic, they told me it was a ECM problem and that it was fried. They said I had to replace it or else the truck won't drive. They gave me a "discount" but I still paid $4,200. You want to give them money for repairs and they take you in and nothing for days and when you call the lady from the reception is very rude and a Karen for sure. Please be careful when you hire customer service employee.
Jx Peterbuilt, I can’t express enough how much I appreciate your parts guys especially Mr, Chad. He is always so willing and kind to help me out with parts needed for my truck, he is an outstanding parts specialist. Armando, Mark and Ty are also very good parts experts. Kudos Jx Peterbuilt for such a great crew of professionals!
Had a guy in the front counter who wasn't very helpful and better yet was advising to call another place to get my parts. I kept telling him I have my Ottawa spotter info tag and that is something I always use to get my parts. He said he needed a frame serial # and that wouldn't help him and to call Ottawa to get what I needed, stopped him and requested to speak to Mark who is a awesome parts person and very knowledgeable and is very professional.
