Wonderful fast service. Showed up with a truck that was going into derate. They kept me up to date with all steps in the process. They had me fixed and gone in 24 hours.
I would highly recommend JX Truck Center. The service department deserves 10 stars..The Service Manager's, wish I could remember their names.A lady and a guy kept me updated each day on the progress. Thanks to y'all! They also recommended a great local towing company.. Ricker & Knepp I believe was the name.
Tried all day to get the parts dept. to answer phone. So AGAIN I had to drive 1hour to be told they had to order the part I needed. This has been an on going issue with this location for many years. Frustrating especially when I had the part numbers in hand and it would have been an easy call but again I’m the one that is out , not them. Just to test the situation while I was there thought I’d call parts dept while standing on showroom floor.
