Beware of major shift miscommunication and incompetent diagnostics! We towed our 2008 Peterbilt 387 here at 8:00 AM 7/14/26 after it locked out of gear on the driver at the TA next door. We were charged $560 for the tow from Joe's Towing & Recovery to move it from the next door parking lot! We explicitly called ahead and warned JX about a buzzing fuse/relay panel under the hood, indicative of a potential electrical issue causing the trans no shift as well as flickering trailer lights. scheduled an oil change appointment for 2:30 PM and was told it would take about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Instead, the service wasn’t completed until just before closing at 8:00 PM. Waiting more than five hours for a routine oil change, despite having a scheduled appointment, was extremely disappointing. In my experience, this was a poor use of both time and money. 2 Stars because they had a lounge where i could wait 5+ hours.

Ashlee Sp. was amazing she was easy to work with and had a heart. I’m an owner operator that had a rather large breakdown and she helped get parts In That wasn’t Paccars overpriced equipment and reduced my bill by thousands. Along with calling to make sure I was informed everyday about progress while I was in the hotel. It’s Hard to find people like that anymore.
