I feel bad for the Mechanics and service Advisors and Parts guys that work for JX. I have had nothing but issues with corporate and their Leasing department after we had a truck go down also their lease truck billing lady is so unprofessional the way she handles situations. I have bought 2 brand new trucks from them and a used truck in the past year and I would never buy something from them ever again. Working with JXF for over 10 years, and never had an issue. Great people to do business with!
Complete trash customer service. Avoid at all cost unless unnecessary downtime is acceptable.
Very long hold times for parts support coupled with blaring hold music makes it the worst place to try and get parts.
