JX was great when Mike, Solis, Jeff and Hammer were working there 10 years ago. After they left, and with the influx of a rotating staff, the parts experience left with them.
Don’t bother…. They will tell you all types of stuff that’s wrong & not true to get money out you.. PLEASE keep it moving. Go to a different Peterbilt location.. Lansing location is way better.
I would recommend avoiding this place if possible. I had an unpleasant experience with John in the Parts Department when asking for a part number for a 3/8 air hose. Unfortunately, his behavior came across as unprofessional and inappropriate. I hope management addresses this so future customers are treated with respect.
Whether it’s on the phone or in person. This is the worst place for parts. Your either on hold forever or in person they have you standing like an idiot even if your the only one there Bunch of grumpy workers who can’t help with much especially is you “dont own a Peterbilt” any other dealer will get you parts no matter what you driving, but no here it has to be a “Peterbilt” otherwise it’s hard to find stuff, none of the other places have trouble
