The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing most of the time. Call them the morning for a status update, then again in the evening. Each time I called I got a completely different answer and status. The night shift really have no idea what the day shift is doing as far as customer service is concerned
I do not remember having one good experience from stopping at this place. Today, second in line for parts 45 minutes wait. I just left. Life is short to be spent waiting for their parts guys to find what they’re looking for. Just go elsewhere, chances are for 45 minutes you can make it to any other dealer that keeps paccar, Cummins parts in Chicago land. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

This guy's scammers i was buy 2020 kw t680 after one week this truck shut off on highway, truck was towed to dealership near by Omaha. When I got a truck, it was 346 k mileage after 90 k miles engine was died i don't think paccar mx13 with 456k mileage will died when my mechanic check black box and he said truck was more mileage when I buy from 346k.
