Has to be the worst place in history horrible wait times all the workers are talking not working will never come back here
If you’re looking to get parts Fred is the go to man! Very knowledgeable in the parts department, never had any issues when it comes to ordering parts! Rob in the service department is also very helpful! Friendly, fast and great customer service from these two! By far the best JX Truck Center to go too!

I purchased a truck from JX Truck Center in September 2025, and unfortunately my experience after the sale was very disappointing. Shortly after the purchase, I found out that the APU system was faulty and I had to pay around $2,500 out of pocket at Thermo King to get it repaired. On top of that, the truck was pulling heavily to the right. Because the alignment issue was not addressed properly, my right front tire wore out on the edge, and I ended up having to buy two pairs of front tires. I would give less than 1 star. When you’re coming to buy some parts you must wait almost 10 min even if the workers are not busy some of them. TransChicago CIT or other dealers always taking care of their customers JX never. If you trying to call them nobody will pick up the phone
