The parts service is horrible. It was never this bad just to get or order a part. If you come if for parts be prepared to wait a long time to be taken care of. It been happening to me multiple times. 45 min wait just to get help with 2 people in front of me and with 6 employees behind the desk on there computers. To top it off there employees behind the desk aren’t to friendly or empathetic for the long wait
I bought my first Peterbilt. It took little while to get paperwork done because I had trade-in but James and Louis are the great guys to work with. Thank you Louis and James. Keep it up with work and great business sir.
