I wish more sale reps would be as effective and professional as Adam is. I always get my parts on time and the parts are correct. Any part inquiry he always responds right away and finds the parts in timely manner with swift delivery. I enjoy doing businesses with Jx Bolingbrook because I never have to call about where are my parts are or that they send wrong parts like other dealerships.
This place is awesome! I deal with JXE-BOL almost every day and I tell you, the team is awesome. From our sales rep Adam Stacey to the counter guys and the drivers, they provide excellent service and communication. Any time I need help, they are there with answers to my questions and the parts get delivered in a timely manner. I can't say enough about Adam, he's professional, courteous and very knowledgable, he absolutely provides superior customer service.
very poor customer service, bought a brand new truck and I haven't had nothing but problems with it and the sales rep doesn't even returned my phone calls, this is really frustrating, we bought a new truck to avoid down time and having to pay for rentals and now we ended up paying for even more rentals so disappointing
