The owners and staff at JW's went above and beyond restoring my Lexus F-Sport after a side-swipe. It is better then when I took it in to them. They are great people, honest, hard-working and skilled at their craft. Highly recommend!!
update on J. W. Collision Only 4 months ago I had written a positive review when they agreed to fix my vehicle after an accident with a deer.. here is my updated review since after fixing my vehicle.. please read.. it is very upsetting to be taken advantage of I was completely grateful that J. W. Collision quoted me a lower estimate after I, unfortunately, had hit a deer .. however after they received the vehicle the total for the fix turned out to be literally the same as Gerber Collision.. I called and asked if they could get the window back up for me and when I took it over they said I needed a new regulator and after ordering it they gave me my key back and charged me 199.00 dollars..However when they handed the keys back they stated it was still broke and that it still wouldn't work.. but they disconnected the window so now it was up but wasn't working..when I called to see if they could finish the job.. and to say they should finish the job .. Okay so here is my story.. I was told to take my car to Gerber Collision by State Farm after hitting a deer and I did but when they gave me the estimate the guy said they didn't even know if they could get the parts needed for my 2002 Ford Explorer .. Anyway I left there feeling like what they might not be able to fix it.. I was really upset .. However.. Highly recommend JW’s. John is really good at what he does. The entire staff is friendly and helpful and their work is outstanding. Customer service is top notch. I took my Tundra to them because my roof top and hood was fading, peeling chipping and in some areas developing small rust spots on the hood. John gave me a good price to do the repair and after seeing his work I only wish I could have gotten the whole thing painted. Very impressed
Take your car there if you need it repaired. He did an excellent job on my pretty red Toyota Corolla from my stupid mistake! It was worth the wait until he could get to it.
