I have lived in the Kingsport apartments for multiple years. Just want to leave a warning for anyone looking to move here. While the price is good for the area and the units themselves are fine, these are the noisiest apartments I have ever lived in by far. They seem to be made completely out of wood with no sound insolation what so ever. You and your neighbors will drive each other crazy. Beautiful apartments. I went and looked at one n Friday and the one I looked at one on Arch St. in Kingsport.. it was gorgeous and very clean. It has a dishwasher and a stackable washer and dryer ,, hardwood floors , decent size bedroom and living room. Very nice kitchen with nice cabinets and a front and back porch where I would rock my granddaughter until she didn’t want to rock anymore lol liked it a lot and I hope my application gets approved so I can enjoy living there. My family has rented from James over the years This is where my son lived as well when he moved on his own the first time from High School on to college..These are great people to rent from .
