I actually liked Dr. Cohen the one time we saw him, but when I had to call to reschedule an appointment, a mistake was made in entering it into their calendar. While frustrating, mistakes occur. The problem came in that the front desk and the manager Jamie seemed to not believe that I had called (why would I bring a teenager to a doc before 8am if I didn't think there was an appointment?) and after logistics and rescheduling were managed, asked me "is there anything else?" so I started to say, "an apology would have been nic... read more
I seriously do not recommend this company. I’m sure there is some ok doctors who work here, but they will ban you for missing even one appointment. In my case, my doctor (Dr. Cohen) stopped showing up for our zoom call appointments. I would sit on the phone for two hours or more waiting for him to join, he would never show. I would call community (aka the JWM group at community) and I would tell them my doctor never showed, they claimed “ok we are so sorry, we will put down that you showed up!” Clearly they were lying becaus... read more
