We worked with Ethan and he was awesome! Working with this mortgage company has been a smooth and wonderful experience. We were able to refinance from 7.5% to 5.99% interest rate! Ethan was persistent and determined in helping us to get a lower interest rate. He was motivated and so great to work with! I wish we had him as a mortgage broker the first time we bought our home. I highly recommend this company largely because of our great experience with Ethan.
David shared ahead all the documents required for a complex condo refi which couple of other lenders struggled to close for months constantly needing additional documents. David is methodical, professional and is clear of lending requirements. I would recommend JWH/David to anyone looking for mortgage
