This review is for the office manager and the lady who answers the call. The lack of professionalism struck me. We had a contract to have a pipe removed, but because the worker pointed out the pipe is in use by the HVAC system, I had to arrange appointment with HVAC technician to replace the pipe and delay pipe removal. John and his team were quick and professional. They were busy when I first called so they got me get in touch with someone else who could inspect to make the process move faster. After the confirmation, JWH managed to get the abatement scheduled and completed in half the time I expected (took only one business day within two weeks from when I originally called for all my ducting to be abated). Roy and his crew were contracted by a HVAC company we worked with and they were very professional. When they arrived, they explained to me how they would set up the containment area and do the asbestos removal that was on the hvac ducts and the plenum. I had so many questions throughout, and Roy very patiently answered all my questions, and he was also very friendly. In the middle of the process, there was a tricky metal box where it was hard for them to remove the asbestos, and we had to move out the furnace to get it done.... read more
