We had a few leaking spots on our roof which was never put on right to begin with. We called JWE and Jeff came out the same day to inspect the roof. He took some photos and showed us while explaining in detail why the leaks were happening and answered every question we had. He also showed us several other spots that would be an issue in the future if not addressed. Instead of patching some spots over time again and again, it just made more sense to replace the roof. They were so great to work with through the entire process. The did quality work quickly and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. My roof looks great!
Tyler and RJ made it happen, fighting with the insurance to get my roof replaced 6 months after a hail storm. The installation crew did a good job with a few hick ups Jeff don't get me wrong overall I am satisfied. I may be a little picky, there's minor things that I have noticed, and that I have addressed with Tyler. We are in a wait and see point till spring.
JWE was very professional from start to finish on the roof project. The crew was great to work with and the clean up was thorough! I would definitely recommend them to our neighbors for sure!
JWE did an awesome job on my roof. Their salesman did a great job explaining the process to me. Which is why I went with JWE. Many other roofing companies had came through the neighborhood saying they could work with my insurance company, but no explanation. They did 31 plus squares in a day. Plus tear off. Very impressive. I recommend JWE for your roof replacement.
