Alex C. requested we allow him to check out our roof after neighbors claimed weather-related damage. An insurance claim was justified and JWE took care of all communication and arrangements. JWE did an awesome job from coming out for an estimate within an hour of calling. Very respectful and prompt. Had us scheduled less than two weeks out (I wasn’t rushing). Materials delivered before the job started. Everyone was on time or early on the day of the job. Everything went smooth and cleanup was phenomenal. Highly recommend.

I can’t speak to their remodeling or roofing services, but I CAN speak to the kind of people they are and that says a lot. The owner’s son went completely out of his way to help rescue my cat, who had decided he belonged at the top of a tree and refused to come down. I couldn’t even get the fire department to do it (although one kind firefighter did come out and help hold the ladder). I was calm but in a panic! Extremely disappointing roofing experience. The construction took much longer than promised. The team seemed unprofessional. Roof tiles were placed unevenly. Water started leaking within weeks. Customer support never responded. Money was charged but quality was poor. Very careless workmanship overall. Would never hire them again.
