As of today, they are charging me a fee to remove tires that do not belong to me and refuse to make any effort in acquiring proof to show how I am being charged for something that does not belong to me. They responded to me by kindly shifting the blame to the maintenance company. As a company who makes the decision of who conducts maintenance on their property it is unlawful to place the blame and fees on their tenants.
