Jose was absolutely brilliant at managing this process for us. He worked with our insurance to get an incredibly reasonable and affordable price to replace our roof after it sustained hail damage. I highly recommend working with JWC, and Jose, specifically. We are very delighted with their service and professionalism.
I was extremely skeptical of JWC when they showed up at my door one day talking about hail damage and roof repairs, but after doing some research and reading reviews, I realized they were legit. I had hail damage to my house. Jose came one and asked if he could just look at my roof to see if any damage. There was! Jise worked hard with the insurance and did everything to my favor. He was amazing to work with and easy to concontactthe guys that installed my roof did a wonderful job. The roof looks amazing. I was impressed with the fact that they messed up my downspouts and with no hesitation they say we will replace them. This company has morals and integrity. Thats hard to find these days!!! Highly recommend!!!!

We just had our roof replaced and Damon helped us through the process of determining damage, as well as the day of replacement. He was always punctual with returning calls and emails. Audrey at the home office was very responsive to our questions as well. Tyler and Damon came by multiple times during the replacement to check on things.
