We just had our roof replaced and Damon helped us through the process of determining damage, as well as the day of replacement. He was always punctual with returning calls and emails. Audrey at the home office was very responsive to our questions as well. Tyler and Damon came by multiple times during the replacement to check on things. Had a lot of roof guys come by after a hail storm. Damon stopped by with JWC and had the best pressure-free pitch with best roof options. We're extremely satisfied with the roof and customer service. Damon stayed involved throughout the process. They have the process down and made it very, very easy. Didn't have to handle anything on our own with insurance. Highly recommend
