Jwc met with me. I was not sold on the company yet so they came back another day with the big guns an sold a me a good pitch. Eventually I signed with them, they got the insurance estimate and a supplemental estimate and they weren't paying anything. It has been over 6 months and I have not heard from Jwc. I reached out to my initial Jwc rep who advised me he was deployed to the floods in texas and someone was supposed to have taken over my account. Ronnie and his team at JWC are fantastic. I had hail damage on my roof and they did a fantastic job. They explain to you what the process is and help you deal with the insurance company. They did a great job and my roof/fence/gutters look fantastic now. I highly recommend them!
