Absolutely fantastic experience with everyone involved in the company. From the office to the actual roof job. The workers and Brandon all were careful and explained everything they were doing and kept us informed of the job. Ronnie was amazing! Helped us out tremendously with our claim. Could not have done it without him. Would recommend to anyone who needs roofing help.
I don’t generally recommend contractors to my friends or family unless they have done an outstanding job. I worked with Chris Murray to replace my roof. I’ve had solar panels installed just a year previously. Chris and the team at JWC worked tirelessly to get the solar company, who had assured me I would not need a new roof for years, to recognize the error in their estimation. Jwc met with me. I was not sold on the company yet so they came back another day with the big guns an sold a me a good pitch. Eventually I signed with them, they got the insurance estimate and a supplemental estimate and they weren't paying anything. It has been over 6 months and I have not heard from Jwc. I reached out to my initial Jwc rep who advised me he was deployed to the floods in texas and someone was supposed to have taken over my account.
