This is the worst company in Jacksonville they are deeptive they are all about money. They will rob you take your money and refuse to fix things after they break. we have an infestation of mice and roaches. broken smoke alarms, broken heater and air, broken everything and they give run around. overpriced rent. RUN AND RUN FAST ITS NOT WORTH THE SUFFERING YOU AND YOUR FAMILY WILL GO THROUGH. I
JWB is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I'd give zero stars if I could. Rent from them at your own risk. There is a reason they have so many bad reviews online. If you do decide to rent from them, be sure to ask them to provide you an inspection report for the AC unit, and verify that it was inspected by a certified technician. Poor business, horrible tenant communications. I would have never rented from JWB if I knew how they handle things. 0 stars if I could. I am a property manager myself, so I know how things are done properly and what good business is. JWB does POOR business. My doorknob fell off in April, and it took maintenance a almost a week to put it back on. Renting a home from them was a nightmare. They take forever to reply, there is many hoops you have to jump through before they give you final approval. You have to pay to view their homes. All other companies I dealt with the past 2 months require you to view and find a place first, JWB doesn't want to help unless they get paid first. (I know go with another rental company... They are the worst. I will never rent from them again. They are rude and no matter how clean you leave there home they will do anything to try to with hold your deposit. They ate the worst . I would not recommend them to anyone.
