In January 2023 I rented a home from JWB. Within a month I started having issues with my AC. I have had more than 20 maintenance request in less than 2 years. In June I received a bill for $350 for cleaning the coils and replacing a capacitor. Neither I am responsible for per my lease. For over 4 months I have been ignored and given no logical explanation.
