DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. You will have more issues than it's worth and the property managers do not care about the tenants. You will be made to pay imaginary fees that are not listed in your contract and that your property manager will wait to resolve AFTER you have paid them (or in my current case, they will not contact for resolution at all), and JWB will happily break terms of the lease any chance they can. BEWARE OF JWB
Someone must be paying people to write 5 star reviews because they are all lies. This company literally harassed people (WHO AREN'T TRYING TO SELL) into selling their home to them for pennies and rents them out to the public for a ridiculously expensive and high market up. The tenants who have rented from them in the past have lost their homes because of the rent spikes, good people, hard working families have lost their homes. Shame on you JWB. I received a "Deepest Sympathy" card from Kasandra Joyner at JWB yesterday that upset me so much I decided to write a review (which I rarely do). My husband passed away unexpectedly 6 months ago and she sent me a card saying how sorry she was for my loss...then immediately wanted to see if she could help me sell my property because during this time I may need to sell it to " pay taxes, any outstanding liabilities or pay the legitimate heirs."
