We've been so impressed with AR Homes Wilmington. Their award-winning floor plans are truly beautiful, and the luxury they deliver is second to none. The staff is amazing, and you can really see the care and craftsmanship in every home they build.
From the moment that we walked into the model home, we knew that this was the house for us! AR designs are like no other! Our ability to customize our layout and play with wall colors was key to our decorating vision. Building from far away was a challenge and many trips were made to ensure that our dream house was coming along as promised. As with any custom built home, there are glitches and unforeseen expenses and surprises, but after more than almost 2 years in our house, we are finally close to finally calling it home.

We have had the pleasure of using AR Homes in Raleigh and the Wilmington division is an amazing TEAM. Looking forward to what is next!!
Jeff Bartholomew built our home 3 years ago and we have been fighting him since then to get it right. When we moved in and noticed all issues he would send a “Jack of all trades, to put bandaids on areas that needed proper repairs. Water in the crawlspace, leaking roof. Both needed so much repair they led to damage and mold in our home… requiring more extensive repairs. ( ceilings, lighting, etc). We have paid so much money trying to rectify his mistakes.
