Fantastic service- My heat pump wasn't working on this very chilly day- I put in a call to ultra air and they had a technician deployed to my house within 20 minutes. Gerardo, the technician, was very respectful, quick, and helpful. He had the part on hand and was able to immediately repair it, and within 30 minutes my heat was back on. Thank you Ultra Air for the wonderful experience!

Late review. Bought our house 5 years ago in Greensboro from a builder in Raleigh who used Ultra. The very first winter whenever the condenser would run outside there was a severe rattle sound reverberating through the walls going from the first floor to the second floor. This would take place every morning when the temperature was below 39 degrees and frost was on the ground. Ultra sent out someone who could hear what I had been hearing through the walls.
