Service was extremely fast and they expedited the process to obtain a new compressor and installation! AHS insurance assigned Ultra to our repair service and we are so glad to learn about them. They installed the HVAC system in my mom’s new build around 3 years ago and we have been having minor issues with it ever since we moved in. Most recently, they had to come out twice in the course of a month. Fantastic service- My heat pump wasn't working on this very chilly day- I put in a call to ultra air and they had a technician deployed to my house within 20 minutes. Gerardo, the technician, was very respectful, quick, and helpful. He had the part on hand and was able to immediately repair it, and within 30 minutes my heat was back on. Thank you Ultra Air for the wonderful experience!
