I hired and paid in full -foolishly- JW Tile to install a heated tile floor. Within days the grout cracked and came out. Tiles popped loose. The owner whose initials are JW said he did nothing wrong. He used self leveling concrete on a particle sub floor. On the bag of his self leveling concrete - it warns not to use on particle board. The self leveling concrete also leaked into three rooms below his job. His insurance company is willing to pay to clean up the damage - remove the useless tile floor and replace the sub floor.... read more
