First time visiting the salon. The appointment booking process online was easy and straightforward. The salon itself is very tastefully done with the decor and conveniences for the patrons to be comfortable and relaxed. Jennifer was timely and did an excellent job with my relaxer processing and styling. She asked questions to better understand my hair and what outcome I wanted and I was very pleased with the service. Definitely will return for some color and maintenance!
This was my first visit to this salon. I went in for a consultation and was able to get an appointment the next day. Jennifer explained to me what she was going to do. I am very pleased with the results.
I have had long hair for many years & talked about getting a short cut but past bad haircuts always held me back. But I brought in the picture of what I wanted & Jennifer put me at ease so I decided to go ahead with the short cut. I am so glad I did because it is sooo cute!!! Jennifer is an expert & knows her craft well so if you are looking for a new hair stylist, look no further. You will be in excellent hands!
