JW Services installed a new GAF/ ELK roof and seamless gutter system on our home in and did a fantastic job. I had a lot of questions and concerns during the process and John did a great job communicating through the duration of the project. Huge shout out to JW Services Inc. of NC ! While putting a new roof on our home some shingles accidentally took out a prized Dwarf Japanese Maple. Accidents happen and what sets a great company apart is how they handle it. John immediately said he would take care of it. His crew dropped of the most amazing tree this morning. It’s easily twice the size of the damaged tree. This is the second home John has roofed for us and the service is not notch. Highly recommend.
John is very knowledgeable about gutters, roofing, siding and windows. His crews came out and replaced my siding and gutters in about 3 days the "RIGHT WAY" and they look great!
