During the consultation I asked for a new roof. I was unaware and was never told from the business/ consultant that did the initial roof inspection. My lack of knowledge on roofing was taken advantage of because part of my roof was not traditional shingling. After the shingles were finished. My main concern which was a hole in the roof needing patched - I came to find out that the patch was in a section of roof that isn’t shingled and that’s not what was discussed. We had Jw roofing come out and replace our roof and gutters . They started the roof before 8am and finished the same day . The gutters were done today (Monday) after the rain . They did a wonderful job on both the roof and gutters . My house looks so much better ! They put big tarps over the porch and yard to catch the nails and old shingles . They cleaned up and ran a magnet over the yard, driveway and porch . I would definitely recommend them to any of my family , friends and neighbors . Thank you for making this the easie... read more
Left my roof incomplete. Wasn’t until I had to patch a leak on my roof that I realized 1/4 was left incomplete by JW Roofing. I’ve attempted to call and no one answers. The voice mail box is full, can’t leave a message. I have emailed and no one follows through. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. This company has taken my money and stopped communicating with me. Please see attached photos, this was supposed to be a new roof.
They were professional, efficient and comprehensive in assessment and execution.
Someone with JW Roofing espouses vaccine misinformation on social media. I dont want an unvaccinated employee around my family putting them at risk because of their lack of education on the matter. DO BETTER!
