I have been trying to get my security deposit refund for 4 months and just get the excuses and delays. I would not suggest renting from JW Rentals as they can't be trusted.
I have been staying in the guest house for 4 months, the house is clean and comfortable. When I call for anything they are usually very prompt and assist in any way they can.
