This place is a joke. I put in an application on a as is apartment that was full of trash from what I was told. I have 0 evictions I work for Caterpillar. I also have a son that’s two years old is homeless living in a very small car with me. I drive the Amish for a living. They told me about this place. I couldn't have been happier with it! Penny was extraordinarily nice to work with and helpful. The little apartment was so much better than the hotels I'm used to staying in at a higher price. The apartment was very nicely decorated, it was clean and it had everything I needed. There was even a little basket full of snacks on the table. A hair dryer is helpful and having an internet password would have been nice.
