I'm sorely tempted to ask companies who use this player to please use something else! It's laggy and half the time, the fucking timebar won't disappear. I can't even contact anyone at JW Player to ask for a fix because I'm not a company/website that paid for this stupid player. As someone else already mentioned, it's also awful with Chrome. If you're thinking of using this player on your site, I highly advise you look elsewhere.
The idea of a full featured player like this one is presented to be is great, but providing a paid api, especially with that prices, not cool.
Intrusive, doesn't work...no place to get help. Does not work with Chrome, potentially a chrome issue, however with Chrome being one of the most used browsers one would think there would be SOME cooperation, yet there is none.
No way to get help. Great idea especially for a playlist that can connect with Roku. Yet, seems to be a dead end street.
For show ads in videos, i see that are required PLATINUM (VAST / VPAID Advertising) plan, my suggestion is that this function is released for premium plans, because with VAST the control of the ads can be done by external adserver without a panel to control in the same within the video platform of JW Player. Being honest, is the a factor that stops us from migrating to JW Player.
