Completely unresponsive to our realtor who was constantly reaching out to him and barely able to pry out information from him which ended up delaying our purchase. Need to schedule a final walkthrough? Silence. Need urgent forms signed? Expect a delay or 3-7 days. If you value your time, find another realtor.
