Great place to stay!!! It's walkable to Union Square, China Town and many shops + restaurants around this place, and The Cable. Many staff are so friendly and helpful. We had a great time. Our room TV didn't work so they changed our room right away and upgraded. It was bigger and had a great view.

The entire staff was wonderful from the moment we arrived to check in. Jake was so attentive and friendly with the room. Everything was nice. The bed was very comfortable. I had a view overlooking the city streets. The doorman were lovely housekeeping was very very friendly. The rooms were very clean, I enjoyed my trip if you’re ever in the San Francisco area this would be a lovely stay for you and your family to feel safe
LOVE !! The stuff was very nice (Also you don’t have to carry your own luggage) Very pet friendly! Had a nice breakfast & great room service!!
