We enjoy staying at the JW for events. Service is always great. Parking your vehicle is a bit pricey for the valet service, but the location is great for a night out. The pool and gym location is always a good time, as well as the visit to Alchemy for cocktails. The details like flavored ice, bathroom and room amenities, and the lounges make this one of our favorite places to stay!
Really nice hotel; very impressed. Great lobby, excellent gym and the rooms are nice. Staff are all very friendly and solid. Definitely the best hotel I've stayed at in Edmonton (by far).

I just attended an event
Food, cleanliness, professionalism of the personnel, nice pool, beautiful executive lounge! Too bad I don’t remember her name, but there was this young lady, Ukrainian, she was a supervisor at the executive lounge. Last day of our stay she sent beautiful treats to our room. Her smile, her care, her company, she made our experience super nice! It was back in 2024, but we are going back to visit Edmonton this summer and will stay at your hotel again.
