Not sure which J&W I’m critiquing, both the Sorrento Valley and Chula Vista stores were outstanding. Jose at Sorrento Valley and Hector from Chula were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The fencing products were top notch and worked exceptionally well for my applications. See the pictures to get an idea of the gorgeous gates and fences my team built with J&W’s redwood and cedar products. My customer was very appreciative!
I like to recognize those salesman that make companies great. J & W lumber has Eric Johnson, and I would like to recomend to anybody for his personalized attention to his customers. He help me to find the right material for a job repair. It was a one board only, but he help me. like If I where purchasing a hundreds of boards. I feeling valuable customer and respected. J & W lumber has never let me down yet. And I get to take the warped board for a discounted price when most other places rather just toss them
