Great guys and quality lumber.
As the owner of a small deck business in San Diego, I always get what I need at J&W. They have a professional team at every location. Even if I have to go out of my way, J&W is always worth the trip. Their lumber is top notch, their hardware section always has the correct fasteners for almost any application and their staff knows their stuff. They can help you figure out how to achieve your build goals within the confines of building code and answer any questions you may have about your project. Five stars, all day.
Not sure which J&W I’m critiquing, both the Sorrento Valley and Chula Vista stores were outstanding. Jose at Sorrento Valley and Hector from Chula were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The fencing products were top notch and worked exceptionally well for my applications. See the pictures to get an idea of the gorgeous gates and fences my team built with J&W’s redwood and cedar products. My customer was very appreciative!
