First and foremost, take a lot of photos from every angle of the apartment. They have a very bad history of returning your deposit back. We rented this apartment because we liked the first one we rented out in Wilson . We had no issues there what so ever. So we said why not. A very bad a choice. Worst place to live. Appliances are non-useable and the carpets smell like wet dog. Property manager isn’t willing to cooperate to get the appliances replaced.
