Very professional and thorough and quick. Couldn't ask for, nor imagine, a better inspection service.
I was disappointed that the inspectors main priority was getting the report made. I feel he should have been given an extra hour so he had time to go through with me. He did c day any questions I had he would answer, but since answers he gave was that it was all in the report. Next time I would go with a smaller buisness that was more customer 1 on 1 focused. Overall very thoroughough and I would recommend. I'm a bit more hands on than most though

Mike Niles was great! Noticed damage early on and thoroughly looked at it, said it was too great of termite damage and suggested we stop inspection and cut price in half. Previous experience with Ryan was absolutely fantastic as well. Would absolutely recommend this company to everyone as well as both Mike or Ryan! Bobby the scheduler is fantastic as well, she is completely open and honest about what services to add on and what you can skip bc she doesn’t want to waste your money. Great company and people working for them!!!
