So called JWFurness to repair a clients toilet. My elderly client is in a home and the POA is in Missouri. The appointment time was missed and someone was booked before mine. No disclosure. Excellent job I overall. Skilled Staff fantastic and very good at all the HVAC and plumbing. The office staff has great customer service and great in helping out. Steve is very detailed and works great with customers. Thanks so much for doing my bathroom Reno.
Very rude plumber. Had a new pump put in for cistern, the job wasn’t complete unqualified plumbers they could not fix the problem due to not small space trained ,even though they installed the pump in a small crawl space.WE WHERE LEFT WITH OUT WATER FOR 3 weeks until we found another very qualified plumber to fix the issue . In total it was less then 10 hours work that included a temporary line . Jw didn’t even try to put a temporary line in.I guess they only like doing easy jobs for fast cash.!
