JW floor covering the worst company in California
Not a retail store. this is an independent company subcontracting for The Home Depot
Purchased LVP through Home Depot and installed by JW. There was miscommunication on Home Depot's part when the order was placed, which created several back and forth calls between myself, Home Depot and JW. It was a total mess to be honest, but Gaty at JW was very empathetic and helpful to get the issue sorted out. The installer Nathaniel was excellent and communicated thoroughly as well as sending photo updates as I was not present at time of install.
Worse place to get your project done. They don’t communicate properly, they keep canceling the installation and they messed up my floor. DONT GO WITH THESE GUYS.
