Purchased LVP through Home Depot and installed by JW. There was miscommunication on Home Depot's part when the order was placed, which created several back and forth calls between myself, Home Depot and JW. It was a total mess to be honest, but Gaty at JW was very empathetic and helpful to get the issue sorted out. The installer Nathaniel was excellent and communicated thoroughly as well as sending photo updates as I was not present at time of install.
Worse place to get your project done. They don’t communicate properly, they keep canceling the installation and they messed up my floor. DONT GO WITH THESE GUYS.
DONT GO 2 JW FLOORING !!! WARNING !! This is the worst company ever I am a secret shoppers I recommend companies businesses etc ; for their services … Home Depot ttold my family that JW Flooring is who they use for their consumers when consumers buy flooring from Home Depot.. Re-affirming last review. I am in US for limited time to work on my rental apartment, which desperately needs new carpet. Ordered $4000 carpet from Home Depot, told it would arrive at installers (JW Floor Covering Inc, it turns out) on 10 Aug 2022. I told them I needed it installed on 18 August, as I'd be flying out and putting the apartment up for rental. It's 11 Aug, I just called JW, they are now saying carpet won't arrive until 19 August, and they won't schedule installation until they get the carpet. I leave the country... read more
Nava and his work crew of two were on time and stayed late to complete the 1400 sq ft job in 2 days. They were all very polite and hard-working. They moved furniture, cleaned up afterwards and put back furniture. I would definitely hire Nava again.
